Long Range Strategic Plan 2009-2013

To fulfill the mission of the Boy Scouts of America requires leaders in the Utah National Parks Council to continually improve their ability to serve our youth. To guide that effort, community and Scouting leaders have identified the issues of greatest concern and formulated strategic initiatives to address those issues over the next five years.

A proposed Strategic Plan Summary document was presented to the Executive Board on December 6, 2008 for review and comment.

Eighteen months of effort have gone into preparing the Strategic Plan. Many documents and presentations have been created to get where we are today. The first level of background material is now available to Board members to review and they consider the proposed Strategic Plan.
