The Stadium of Fire, an exciting event of America's Freedom Festival at Provo, will be celebrating 100 Years of Scouting on July 3, 2010 and you won't want to miss it!

Get your tickets before they go on sale to the public!

Just follow the directions below to buy your tickets before they go on sale to the general public! Beginning at 5:00 p.m. on March 3, 2010, you can order your tickets and get your pick of where to sit in the stadium.

A portion of your ticket purchase will go to supporting Haiti victims!

When you purchase your tickets - whether before they are available to the public or after - make sure you support those in Haiti by following these instructions and entering the promo code SCOUTS. We have the opportunity to raise thousands of dollars to help those in need.

Make sure that you are there to witness the largest Centennial Eagle Scout Court of Honor in history!

Directions for purchasing ONLINE before they go on sale to the public:

1. Wait until 5:00 pm on March 3
2. CLICK HERE to go to the online order site at BYUtickets.com
3. Enter the promo code SCOUTS, exactly as you see it. The code is case sensitive.
4. Finish your purchase by paying online and selecting how you are going to pick up your tickets: online, by mail, will call.
5. Enjoy the show!

Directions for purchasing by phone before they go on sale to the public:

1. Wait until 5:00 pm on March 3
2. Call the BYU Ticket office at (801) 422-2981.  
3. Give the ticketing agent the code word “SCOUTS” and mention you have a pre-sale authorization letter 
4. Finish your purchase by giving your method of payment and selecting how you are going to pick up your tickets.
5. Enjoy the show!

Dear Members,

America’s Freedom Festival will reveal the headlining talent for 2010’s Stadium of Fire during the highly anticipated showdown between NCAA Men’s Basketball rivals BYU and New Mexico this Saturday afternoon at the Marriott Center in Provo. If you are not at the game you may go to stadiumoffire.com to see the exciting news.

This letter will allow you to purchase tickets on March 3^th –one day set aside for Scouts. Of course you may purchase tickets after that day through the regular public sales.

You may also purchase tickets online at BYUtickets.com and enter the promo code “SCOUTS”. The code is case sensitive. If you purchase online before public sales please follow these directions- on the BYUtickets.com page click on Order Online, then Events, then Promotion Login. On this page enter the promo code. Remember ticket fees and delivery fees apply EACH time you enter through the Promotion Login. Online sales will only allow you to purchase 8 tickets per transaction. Online sales will begin at 5:00 PM.

If purchasing by phone, give the sales clerk the code word “SCOUTS” and mention you have a pre-sale authorization letter. The ticket office number is 801-422-2981.

Tickets will go on sale to the public March 5^th.
