Units may cancel their registration up to two weeks prior for a full refund. No refunds will be given after that time for any reason. Scouts or leaders that drop out at the last minute may have their spot filled by another instead. Units needing to cancel must contact the main council office in Orem at (801) 437-6222 and speak to Council Services.
